Coxswain Workshop
Our comprehensive coxswain workshop is tailored to cover a range of topics related to coxing, with a duration of one hour.

The workshop is not limited to the following areas and can be conducted either via Zoom or in person, as applicable:

Participants will receive a Zoom link 24 hours before the scheduled workshop.
​
This workshop is ideally suited for groups of three or more coxswains.
​
Price: $280 (inclusive of GST)
One on One Sessions
One-on-One sessions are exclusively available for individual coxswains.
​
This personalised training option is particularly recommended for coxswains and coaches seeking specialized instruction or when the total number of coxswains in a rowing club is fewer than three.
​
Individuals interested in a One-on-One session are required to provide specific details about the focus of the session.

Comprehensive Written Feedback
Experience in-depth feedback with our Comprehensive Written Feedback service, tailored to a single recording.
​
Race recordings, encompassing the length of a 2-kilometer race.
Training recordings, with a maximum duration of 10 minutes.
​
Your feedback package will incorporate pertinent resources aligned with your proficiency level. Anticipate the return of your detailed feedback within five days from the submission of your recording.
